b. Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact our customer support within 24 hours to discuss your concerns. We may, at our discretion, offer a credit or partial refund on a case-by-case basis for services other than post-consultation services.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. Service Appointments: Scheduled appointments for consultations or readings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time. Cancellations made after this time frame may result in forfeiture of the appointment fee.
b. Subscription Services: Users subscribed to recurring services may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.
c. Refund Processing: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-15 Business Working Days after approval. The refunded amount may take a few business days to reflect in the user’s account, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
